We are looking for a full-time Senior Water Resources Project Manager with a background in stormwater management, hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, stream, and wetland design, construction document production, and construction phase environmental compliance. As a successful candidate, you will mentor water resources staff in all aspects of water resource design and project development. Responsibilities:

Manage client relations and development.

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to H&H staff.

Conduct quality control and quality assurance reviews of water resources-related work.

Develop project scopes of work and price proposals.

Assist staff in meeting project goals, schedules, and budgets.

Potential for future supervisory and leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Professional Engineer with at least 15 years of experience.

Five (5) years of experience demonstrating increasing responsibilities and a track record of success.

Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.

Project Management Experience with DelDOT is preferred.

Design Experience including hydrology and hydraulics analysis, drainage design, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, bridge and culvert scour analysis and countermeasure design, stream restoration, floodplain permitting, and watershed planning.

Excellent communication skills both oral and written.

Experience developing task proposals and fee estimates.

Minimum Requirements:

Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle report (MVR) for final consideration.

Read, write, and understand plans and directions given in the English language.

Basic computer skills with the ability to create and edit Microsoft Word and Excel documents, create Outlook emails and utilize SharePoint and Microsoft Teams to communicate with other team members.

Able to wear GPI required PPE, i.e., hard hats, safety vest, work boots, and/or safety glasses/goggles while working.
