As a Senior Technical Product and Program Manager, within our Data and Analytics organization, you will innovate new product offerings, utilize your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences.

Job Responsibilities

Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers and manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.

Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.

Build the framework and track the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.

Structure and build quantitative and conceptual analyses.

Develop strategic priorities for the product team, providing an objective perspective on business’ current and future needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across data foundation products, engineering, and business products to proactively identify issues, design, and execute solutions.

Lead interactions with business leaders, data owners, and analytics executives, conduct demos of new functionalities/product features, and drive adoption.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area; Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.

Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.

Ability to structure and scope complex problems and apply a range of analytical tools to develop solutions.

Ability to collaborate and build relationships across all levels, including senior executives, in different lines of business, technology, and product teams.

Advanced MS PowerPoint and Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.

Recent experience working in a client-facing role, such as experience with a top management consulting firm or technology product companies.

Experience with AWS data foundational products such as data lakes, data pipelines, and with AI/ML-related technologies and tools.

Our Consumer & Community Banking division serves our Chase customers through a range of financial services, including personal banking, credit cards, mortgages, auto financing, investment advice, small business loans, and payment processing.

The CCB Data & Analytics team responsibly leverages data across Chase to build competitive advantages for the businesses while providing value and protection for customers.
