DescriptionThe National Security Sector within Leidos is seeking an Agile Team Project Lead with strong systems, software, cloud, and Agile experience to support a complex program providing Agile development and operations and maintenance for critical systems on a mission-critical program supporting the Passenger Systems Program Directorate (PSPD) within Customs and Border Protection (CBP). PSPD supports the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and CBP critical missions, specifically screening and processing travelers at the ports of entry (POEs) into the United States. The Leidos team will be part of an exciting ecosystem, participating with federal employees and other contractors in a team-based DevOps approach to deliver mission value frequently, cost-effectively, responsively, and with high quality. This position interacts with business, management, end users, and agile delivery teams, taking the lead in gathering, refining, and documenting business needs and requirements.Primary Responsibilities:Collaborate with product owner, technical leads, and development team on the requirementElicit and document requirements in JIRA epic/stories/features and acceptance criteria in a fast-paced Agile environmentWork with product owners to refine, groom, and prioritize issue backlogWork with development teams to flesh out technical and QA requirementsContinuously monitor, identify risks, and capture team performance reportsCollaborate with the team on understanding the requirements and properly developing and testing functionality using BDD and ATDDQuickly adapt to customer dynamic environment and adopt their processes while fostering innovative ideasAdopt new ways of working, socializing, and collaborating with stakeholders and understanding their business goalsMust be a self-starter, strong leader, and have the ability to work independently with little supervisionManage a large team of experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in their assignmentsLead, direct, and review the work of the teamWork with Portfolio Manager on hiring, termination, promotion, and reward authority within own area, in accordance with manager review and approvalMinimum Qualifications:Proficiency with Cloud Technologies such as AWS, KONVOY, Kubernetes, DockerExperience in building Cloud Migration Roadmaps, reporting against them, and keeping them up to dateKnowledge of Continuous Delivery and DevOps practicesExperience in Agile/Scrum/Kanban, supporting Agile effortsAt least five (5) years of experience writing user stories, slicing features, using test suites, and maintaining issue backlogExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse agile teams, product owners, and subject matter expertsExperience conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating stakeholder workshopsEnsure compliance with software standardsU.S. CitizenshipMust be able to obtain a CBP Background Investigation prior to startBA/BS or equivalent experience and 12+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10+ years of prior relevant experience; OR 4 years of experience in lieu of degreePreferred Qualifications:Experience developing software applications adhering to DevOps principles and in one or more of the following technologies: Python, Java, or JavaScript; including Oracle or equivalent relational database technologies; and/or Web Application hosting on WebLogic and TomcatExperience leading Mobile app initiativesActive CBP BIExperience with CBPCertified Scrum master /SAFe Agilist/PMPOriginal Posting Date:

Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
