The Sourcing Operations Manager will support the Sourcing Operations Lead in execution of Category Sourcing Strategy within MasterBrand. The role will manage a dynamic supply chain through problem solving and support of assigned sourcing categories which includes managing pricing, quality, service & delivery metrics for suppliers. Using the tools and processes in place, they will ensure that strategies deliver continuous value to MasterBrand and are well communicated both internally and externally to support execution of the vision.Responsibilities:Effectively prioritize and problem solve various business needs as identified or directed by Sourcing Operation Lead.Develop ongoing commodity requests for quotations, analyze supplier response and provide recommendations.Facilitate timely pricing maintenance, accuracy and system updates.Facilitate new product introduction strategies to include identifying specifications, volumes and support of innovative solutions.Monitor and report supplier performance metrics to include compliance, quality, delivery and total cost in support of MBCI objectives.Develop relationships with key stakeholders by providing timely and accurate information in support of business needs.Develop thorough understanding of full commodity value stream.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of total cost.Ability to effectively prioritize and problem solve various supply issues.Culture:Demonstrates trust in the process

Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Supply Chain, Business or related field required. MBA preferred.10+ years of experience in Sourcing, Operations, Supply Chain or a related field.Skills and Abilities:Curious and possessing vision, ability to balance long-term actions with short-term needs.Highly motivated with desire to continuously look at how to unlock value in our categories.Total cost focus incorporating all aspects of value into decision making (cost, quality, performance, risk mitigation, etc.).Manage categories as a business looking for ideas, projects, and actions to unlock value between similar categories.Strong negotiation skills and comfortable interacting with internal stakeholders and suppliers at various levels/geographic locations.Strong written and verbal communication, planning and problem-solving skills.Willingness to develop strong knowledge of categories; including understanding of cultural, legal, and geopolitical environment in region doing business. Proven track record with successful negotiation.Support development of cross-training and bench strength building within the Strategic Sourcing organization.Additional Information
