Information Technology Strategies, LLC. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiatives in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Program Manager to work for our company.
Summary:
Client Agency is DHS
Must be able to pass DHS Background check (Basic eligibility requirements include: U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history, no recent or pending bankruptcies).
Administrative support tasks, including meeting logistics and coordination, maintaining contractor EOD submission paperwork, contractor provisioning requests for email, PIV card, GFE, exit and transfer paperwork, documentation, etc.
Program management support includes oversight of the program, team communication, performance, personnel, financials, and reporting.
Responsible for all aspects of the program management function.
Program Manager is the primary interface with the government.
Required to attend regular meetings to discuss program performance and any issues or upcoming initiatives.
Responsible for formulating and delivering an action plan to correct issues.
Responsible for formulating and delivering roadmaps, plans, and details for accomplishing initiatives as requested by the government.
Shall ensure that all deliverables are provided in a timely manner.
Shall support security processing, which is the interface with government Office of Security and Integrity (OSI) through the COR on all security matters, to include physical, personnel, and protection of all government information and data accessed by the Contractor.
Requirements:
Must be able to pass DHS Background check (Basic eligibility requirements include: U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history, no recent or pending bankruptcies).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Management.
Preferences:
An Active PMP-ACP or PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification.
