We have competitive compensation and benefit packages for all our employees.MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:The OSA works as part of a team to ensure all daily operational activities are performed in accordance with our policies and procedures to ensure the safety of our people and service delivery to our customers. In return, we will provide opportunities to grow and advance, to become an expert at what you do, or progress to higher positions within the company.Supports District Manager, Human Resources and Operations leaders in day to day administrative responsibilitiesEnsure T&E and PCard management and reconciliation is processed in a timely mannerConfirm data is correctly entered into the system including rig hours, non-billable time and payroll (ADP/Spreadsheet)Certifies expense reporting is complete, reconciled and processed in a timely mannerMaintains daily rig activity reports and statusInputs field tickets and time and attendance for all employeesPrepares and processes purchase orders and invoicesAssists with accounts payable/receivablesFiles employee and company paperwork in an orderly and timely mannerAssists with new hire onboarding and driver qualification filesEnters data for monthly mileage and hours reportsAnswers employees’ questions and queries in a positive and helpful mannerAll other duties as requiredEXPERIENCE & WORKING REQUIREMENTSExperience:3+ years of demonstrated administrative experience working for leadershipHigh school diploma or equivalent, Associates degree a plusMust be computer literate, including MS Office (especially Excel), ADP, Cleargistix, Oracle iSupplier or Enterprise Resource Planning systems similar programsBilingual in Spanish is preferredWorking Requirements:Establish and maintain effective working relationships as part of a teamWilling and able to continuously increase knowledge, skills and abilitiesAble to work flexible schedules and overtime as requiredWork outdoors in extreme temperatures and conditionsMust provide proof of right to work in the United States, have a clean driving record, valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug screen and background check and participate in regular random screeningTOTAL BENEFITSTotal compensation includes not only the wages you will receive in your paycheck, but also the additional benefits Brigade Energy Services provides to you.
