The ideal candidate will have experience with executing automation projects for wastewater treatment facilities.Responsible for executing large-scale implementation of a new Process Control System for a new Wastewater Treatment FacilityManages and oversees the end-to-end project management lifecycleResponsible for the development and management of Project Execution Plan and all associated documentsDevelops, manages, and controls project costsDevelops, manages, and controls project schedulesManages and directs resources appropriately for the projectGuides the client in project decisions, ensuring the best solution for their businessResponsible for leading and developing a high-performing team to deliver on the goals and objectives of the projectManages vendor and client relations to ensure that service expectations are developed and metMaintains regular contact with client and reports on project progress, issues, and accomplishments to both the client & Wunderlich-MalecPerforms technical documentation reviews and approvalsLeads in technical decision-making to control scope cost and schedule on the projectAccountable for project or program successTHE WME EMPLOYEE-OWNER DAY-TO-DAYLeads and provides direction and guidance for small to large, high-complexity, multi-disciplinary projects, and programsAccountable for project or program successResponsible for leading and developing a high-performing team to deliver on the goals and objectives of the project or programManages vendor and client relations to ensure that service expectations are developed and metWorks with all required functions and groups to effectively plan and execute the project or programResponsible for representing the client as an OPM as needed, managing third parties as a client representativeWHAT WE NEEDBachelor’s degree (preferably Engineering, Construction Management or related field)Servant leader, who loves to see others succeed and is energized being part of a teamExemplary communication skills8+ years of experience with at least 2 years as a PM leading technical projectsExperience in Wastewater Treatment preferredExperience with Process Automation Strongly PreferredWHAT WE LOOK FORConsistently maintains a positive and encouraging attitudeForward-looking and focused on the best resolutionProactively seeks and accepts new challengesOrganized and promptServant leader focus on leadership and advocate for their people before themselvesPMP certification beneficialPosition DemandsSeeing, color perception, hearing, listening, clear speech, dexterity in hands, driving, and ability to travel distances.Travel
