Founded in 1837, Cuyahoga County’s safety-net health system operates four hospitals, four emergency departments and more than 20 health centers.Summary:As a member of the People and Human Resources Division, the Executive Director of People Integration reports to the Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer and will lead a team of directors to shape the people integration strategy for MetroHealth, focusing on data collection and reporting, recruitment strategy, employee engagement, workforce development, and safety initiatives. This position is critical in ensuring compliance with accreditation requirements and in advancing health equity within the organization. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.Qualifications:Required:Master's Degree in Health Administration or related field.10+ years of experience in leadership roles.Established experience in data collection and reporting for healthcare organizations.Aptitude for creatively designing HR program in alignment with business objectives.Demonstrated expertise in developing system-wide recruitment strategies that promote diversity.Familiarity with employee engagement survey tools and strategies.Knowledge of workforce development and leadership development principles.Strong commitment to equity, inclusion, and diversity initiatives.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds.Preferred:Certified HR Professional through SHRM (CP/SCP) or HRCI (PHR/SPHR).Familiar with Joint Commission, ODH, CARF, and other health care related standards.Physical Demands:May need to move around intermittently during the day, including sitting, standing, stooping, bending, and ambulating.May need to remain still for extended periods, including sitting and standing.Ability to communicate in face-to-face, phone, email, and other communications.Ability to read job-related documents.Ability to use a computer.
