missions to help customers, business partners, and employees achieve success through shared goals, strategies, resources and technology solutions.Salary range: $50K-65KProduction PlannerRESPONSIBILITIESReview customer forecast and plan materials to support upcoming buildsWork with engineering to manage and maintain accurate floorstock BOMsTrack and process orders for equipment and supplies needed for manufacturingManage vendor relationships and drive down material costsSummarize purchases into monthly / quarterly reports regarding stock levels by category and locationConduct regular review meetings with production to manage and control on hand inventory and agingConduct risk assessments on supply trends, review and rebalance inventoryContinuously improve procurement processesDocument and maintain flowcharts of changes in processMINIMUM REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s Degree or equivalentMinimum of 3-5 years in a procurement, program management, or supply chain roleProven ability to lead a cooperative effort among members of a teamMust have good communication skills to work with multiple internal and external stakeholdersSolid background working in a fast-paced, change management environment formulating strategies and utilizing internal/external resourcesQUALIFICATIONSProficient knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, advanced Excel skillsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be self-motivated and resourcefulAbility to multitask and prioritize workloadHigh volume reporting and data analysis experienceBasic knowledge of server and cloud computing industry is preferred, but not required@ HYVE Solutions
