There are many reasons to build your career at Carter's.HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:This role typically reports into the Sr Manager, Customer Retention and is on-site 4 days a week.60%: Customer Retention Strategy CoordinationServe as key contributor for strategic customer retention programsServe as a key liaison between Carter’s brands, marketing, and external partnersManage creative, briefing, delivery and asset rotation for retention programsManage retention project timelines and lead teams to successful, on-time completionManage weekly results reporting for retention programs and communicate results regularly through informal and formal presentations; provide recommendations to brand partners and Executive LeadershipContribute to brainstorming new initiatives to drive customer engagementEstablish feedback mechanisms to continuously improve strategies30%: Loyalty Program & PLCC SupportServe as team player in driving existing and new loyalty initiativesStay up to date with loyalty market and competition; use insights for future strategyAssist in driving business progress and day-to-day management of assigned tasks within loyalty and Carter’s private label credit card (PLCC) when needed10%: Customer Activation Team (CAT) SupportDrive positive engagement within CAT teamServe as CAT team representative amongst peers to field new and innovative ideasWE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:Strong written, verbal, and communication skillsSuperior project management and organizational skillsDetail-oriented, persistent follow-up and an ability to juggle shifting prioritiesSelf-starter and ability to manage and own priorities and deliverablesProactive in all aspectsResourceful and solution orientedPreferred skills and experience:Demonstrates above-average strategic approach & ability to professionally communicate big-picture business strategyAbility to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.Ability to coordinate cross-functional team effortsTeam player.
