Hybrid role , offering work-life balance with a 3/2 model in either our client's
Dallas or Fort Lauderdale Offices.As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for the overall quality of systems and technology that are released into this enterprise client's production environment. The scope of this role includes the comprehensive aspects of quality including testing documentation, planning and execution of testing, testing validation, and obtaining approval using both manual processes and automated tools.Daily activities include:Ensuring the product meets business requirements and overall business objectives by tracking and reporting quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results, and test status, as well as documenting problems and communicating the issue to development staff to assist in their resolution.Developing test plans, including test conditions and expected results, test cases, and test scripts.Identifying test data requirements and working with other teams as needed to create and maintain test data.Executing testing, including documentation of test results and defects.Assisting in defect troubleshooting and resolution.Creating, running, and maintaining reports to measure and track testing metrics.Participating in testing automation, including script development and maintenance.Staying up-to-date on software application testing tools and best practices.Minimum Qualifications:Experience testing mobile apps, API / Microservices testing, and automation using frontend technologies such as React, React Native, and Appium.Bachelor's Degree (computer science, information systems, business administration, or other industry-related curriculum) or combination of education and equivalent experience.Strong team player with willingness to collaborate.Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong capability to execute tasks with quality.Proficient oral and written communication skills.Experience writing test scripts for software testing.Experience running and documenting outcomes of test scripts.Experience writing and maintaining automation test cases.Experience in test-driven design and building automated quality gates in the development pipeline.
