LOCATION:

REMOTE based in the United StatesProvide support of Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients and internal stakeholders related to optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies.Responsibilities:Deliver supplier and operational improvements; lead and execute strategic initiatives.Participate closely with Jones Lang LaSalle Sourcing, Facility, and Property Management teams to drive immediate and sustained benefits to the client.Support Category Management team's supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers.Provide support, instruction, and follow-up to operations teams on RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes. Proactively manage internal and external customer expectations.Ensure compliance with JLL's sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics.Create and track Sourcing Requests for contract extensions, renewals, and new services.Act as a liaison between Shared Services, Corporate Legal, and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standards or other contract changes and are formally reviewed and approved.Assist the Sourcing Leader with work priorities, complete deliverables timely, and resolve issues with Operations teams to assure client satisfaction.Provide analysis and compliance reporting to the Sourcing Lead, identifying risks and actions as appropriate for compliance gaps between procurement and work order systems.Complete system audits to ensure KPI reporting is accurate.Ensure compensation rates in Work Order systems align with service agreements and are updated according to contractual increases and service level changes.Support data collection and analysis for multi-client events to develop actionable insights from data.Assist in vendor management programs and the development of diversity and sustainability programs in accordance with clients and company requirements.Support JLL e-commerce procurement initiatives while working within guidelines and policies.Analyze data to identify areas of operations to improve efficiency.Qualifications:Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and strong analytical ability.Proven ability to work independently while supporting teams in a decentralized environment.Excellent communication skills - oral and written.Enthusiasm and self-motivation.Ability to multitask and prioritize.Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university preferred.Project management and business transitions experience preferred.Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications.
