Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced
Senior Contracts Analyst
with a background in
federal contracting
and direct
1102 series
experience. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFAR), contract management, and the full life cycle of federal contracts. This role involves managing complex contracts, ensuring compliance, and providing expert-level guidance on federal procurement processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and program management, to support the organization’s contracting needs.
This position is a 6-month contract to hire and is remote 1 day per week.Responsibilities:Manage the full contract life cycle, including pre-award, post-award, and contract close-out activities, with a focus on
Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR/DFAR)
compliance.Review, negotiate, and administer government contracts, subcontracts, and modifications.Provide expert guidance on

federal contracting procedures and requirements.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contract terms meet organizational goals and mitigate risk.Draft and review contract documents, including RFPs, RFQs, task orders, and amendments.Conduct thorough risk assessments and compliance checks to ensure all contracts meet legal and regulatory requirements.Serve as the primary point of contact for government contracting officers and contracting agencies.Oversee contract performance, ensuring deliverables, budgets, and schedules are met.Prepare and submit contract modifications, claims, and disputes in accordance with FAR/DFAR.Develop and implement contracting policies, procedures, and best practices.Ensure timely and accurate contract reporting and maintain comprehensive contract files and records.Support internal audits and provide documentation as required by the federal government or external auditors.Stay updated on changes in federal contracting regulations and industry best practices, providing training and mentorship to junior staff as needed.$100,000 - $130,000 a year#J-18808-Ljbffr
