Kitchen Tune-Up and Bath Tune Up of Denver is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our crew.

We offer unique custom products and services that are in strong demand with homeowners, including a variety of kitchen and bath remodeling services such as wood restoration, cabinet painting, cabinet redooring, cabinet refacing, new custom cabinets, full-service bathroom remodels, and bathroom conversions.This is a unique opportunity to support our installation teams in the field as well as to engage and direct projects directly with our customers!Your primary responsibilities will be to manage, optimize, and drive efficiencies in the end-to-end processes that result after the salesperson has made a sale. Ultimately, the project coordinator will partner with our operations and sales team to coordinate all facets of the job post-sale to ensure the job goes smoothly and error-free. The coordinator is expected to develop, manage, and communicate an ongoing calendar/schedule for all projects across the organization and with our customers, employees, and partner subcontractors that support our teams on full-service remodels.Duties and Responsibilities

Develops, organizes, and maintains the master calendar of jobs across the organization; ensure upcoming events are communicated, tracked, and proactively managed in BuilderTrend (project management software).Directs communication with customers, employees, and contractors (pre, during, and post-installation), managing customer expectations on timelines, prep work, and issue resolution.Partners with our operations team on measuring and ordering for jobs post-sale to ensure cabinet materials are ordered correctly and properly received/accounted for after the order to keep projects on track.Partners with project manager and installation teams on documenting punch-outs and other project needs in BuilderTrend.Collaborates with the general manager and project manager in developing smooth and efficient operations of procedures for job handoffs between sales & operations.Visits job sites (as needed) and partners with the installation team to run multiple jobsites efficiently & safely.Assists sales and operation teams to ensure customer selections on products and materials are selected, ordered, and ready for installation.Ideal Candidates:

Must be computer savvy with an analytic mind and great organizational skills.Experience with BuilderTrend (ideally) or other online project management software to manage remodeling jobs that have multiple handoffs and/or dependencies across teams and subcontractors.Excellent communication skills and proficiency in managing customers’ expectations and dealing with issue resolution.Well-versed in remodeling procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals (employees and subcontractors) of different disciplines to achieve outstanding results.Benefits:
