Michael CortezResponsibilities:Directs the development of the logistics support plan and guidance for units, organizations, and activities in support of federal and state missions.Integrates command logistic functions, including plans, operations, policies, combat service support automation, equipment readiness, and supply management programs.Evaluates logistics data and requirements to direct development and implementation of logistic support plans and policies.Establishes logistics operations to support the STARC Emergency Operations Center.Advises the DOL on logistics support issues.Evaluates the logistics force modernization program for timely materiel fielding.Coordinates budget preparation and monitors logistics accounts.Manages facility design and maintenance concerns.Oversees the General Services Administration Lease Vehicle Program.Performs a full range of supervisory functions, including personnel management and performance appraisals.Ensures a safe working environment in accordance with safety regulations.Performs other duties as assigned.Requirements:Conditions of Employment:GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Involves judgment and analytical ability in the logistics field.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: At least 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-11, including directing logistics support plans and performing supervisory functions.Education:
