Product ManagerAt Monument, we're building a vertical software platform for the self-storage industry. This is a rare opportunity to reinvent a $30 billion market from the ground up.As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development of our product from scratch. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design leadership to define product features and requirements and lead a team of engineers to bring them to life.Your Responsibilities
Write detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for new projects, detailing all business, functional, engineering, and design requirements; validate with customers that these requirements fully meet their needs.Break down requirements into well-defined Epics and Stories ready to be picked up by engineers.Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.Collaborate with Engineering to ensure that quality features are delivered on time.Become a subject-matter expert in our product, industry, and customers.Who You Are
