Lead North America Packaging Procurement Team and provide functional leadership to the Packaging Procurement staff in the region.Ensure organizational development that is aligned to the agreed strategies. Develop procurement skills and talent in the category.Ensure the implementation of sourcing strategies for Packaging sub-categories ensuring collaboration with Packaging Technology team to create the optimal balance in price, performance and quality of supplied items.Provide and develop expertise in the relevant marketplace and supplier base.Ensure the team delivers on savings, risk management, compliance and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) objectives.This is a Hybrid position located in Greensboro, NC.Qualifications
