Key Cars Auto Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced BDC Manager to lead our Business Development Center team of Sales and Service Customer Service Advocates (BDC Representatives). As the BDC Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our sales and service departments by managing the BDC and driving departmental metrics to meet and exceed goals.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

Supervise Sales BDC Representatives and Service BDC Representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.

Performance Management:

Monitor and ensure the achievement of departmental metrics, including customer contacts, appointments set, appointments kept, and sales closed.

Lead Management:

Oversee third-party lead and website providers to optimize lead generation and conversion.

Sales and Service Support:

Assist in the sales and service process, contributing to the generation of vehicle sales and service bookings.

Training and Development:

Contribute to the training and development of BDC Consultants, ensuring they are proficient in customer communication via phone and email.

Schedule and Payroll Management:

Manage employee schedules and oversee weekly payroll and monthly commission for the BDC team.

Recruitment and Performance Evaluation:

Lead the hiring process for BDC personnel, conduct regular performance evaluations, and implement disciplinary measures as needed.

CRM Utilization:

Utilize CRM and lead management tools effectively to track leads, customer interactions, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneur Management or Marketing preferred.

2-5 years’ experience in internet sales and customer service (management-level preferred).

Minimum 1 year of previous dealership management experience is required.

Prior work experience in a BDC department is considered a plus.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in CRM and lead management tools.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
