The Project Manager, eDiscovery Cyber Services will be part of a team that supports the firm's thriving cybersecurity practice area. The Project Manager will be dedicated to supporting the eDiscovery processes of cyber incident response (CIR) matters and will function as a liaison to third party providers involved in the delivery of this complex service.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Work with legal teams, preferred CIR providers and clients to develop strategy for handling exfiltrated data, from initial identification and analysis, through review, extraction, normalization and notification.Support legal teams throughout the CIR process in the rigorous application of statistical sampling, search term calibration and other related analytics.Coordinate with legal teams and vendors to scope and support review and extraction of sensitive data by teams of contract personnel.Work with legal teams and CIR providers to analyze and report on key metrics regarding the exfiltrated data types and sources.Analyze reviewer productivity metrics.Support and update documentation supporting key actions taken throughout the project.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required.Minimum of three years of experience in litigation support, eDiscovery, technology assisted review and project management.Advanced Excel skills required.Relativity experience required.Excellent analytical, problem identification and resolution skills.Experience with discovery involving complex structured and unstructured data.Understanding of sensitive data elements including PII, PHI and GDPR.Experience with applying technology and data mining techniques to identify and classify data.Ability to work efficiently under rigorous deadlines in high-pressure situations.Familiar with database concepts and technologies, such as MS SQL, Access and Oracle preferred but not required.Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau preferred but not required.Ability to handle simultaneous projects with consistently high quality results.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to closely adhere to procedures and exercise good judgment in sensitive and stressful situations.
