Responsible for all staff assigned to the client that is under his or her supervision. Has strong working knowledge of the revenue cycle and coordinates a wide range of administrative duties involved in the resolution of client accounts receivable. Able to proactively identify issues and effectively problem solve as issues arise. Effectively communicates policies, procedures, and processes to internal staff as well as administrators, physicians, and other individuals within client practices they oversee.*This is a call center environment and will be over the Prep Scan Technicians in the Physician Billing Department.*REQUIRED:

3+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare billing environmentExtensive knowledge of billing and reimbursement systemsGood written and oral communication skillsPREFERRED:Bachelor's DegreeExperience with Centricity Billing SoftwarePhysician Practice Management experienceKnowledge of billing operations, government regulations, and insurance provisions
