Duties:
Order Placement Review: review orders submitted by AE's for cost strategy and factory utilization management including waiver of mold fees, ensure multiple factories bidding on $5k +.Case Resolution Leadership - any product issue that leaves a factory that has a quality or shipping problem until delivery to customer.AE Liaison Coordination - aid in order and project review, technique recommendations, quoting projects & sales strategies, working closely with Production Coordinator.Factory contacts and communication - ensures consistent and efficient communications between SP and factories, including non-core factory order management.Negotiate best pricing, terms and scheduling with factories.
Skills:
Prior experience in logistics and wholesale production.Bachelor’s degree highly desirable.Proficiency in MS Office.Experience using CRM software.
