ResponsibilitiesMonitoring and Queue Management:

Keep track of the manufacturing queue to ensure smooth flow of lots into processing tools as soon as they become available. This involves timely loading and unloading of materials.Issue Identification and Reporting:

Identify and report any problems or issues with lots to relevant engineers promptly. Provide detailed information about the problems encountered, if possible, to facilitate quick resolution.Basic Equipment Operation:

Demonstrate proficiency in operating various equipment used in wafer fabrication and assembly processes. This includes understanding the fundamental principles behind the operation of each tool.Technical Problem Solving:

Address a wide range of technical challenges that may arise during manufacturing processes. This requires analytical thinking and the ability to devise effective solutions.

QualificationsTechnical Expertise:

Strong background in manufacturing processes, particularly in semiconductor fabrication or a similar industry. Knowledge of equipment and procedures is essential.Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop practical solutions. This may involve troubleshooting equipment issues or optimizing process parameters.Attention to Detail:

A meticulous approach to monitoring queues and managing lots is crucial to ensuring efficient production and minimizing errors.Communication Skills:

Effective communication is key for reporting issues to engineers and collaborating with colleagues to resolve problems. Clear and concise communication helps streamline the workflow.Adaptability:

Manufacturing environments can be dynamic, with priorities shifting quickly. The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks accordingly is essential.Teamwork:

Collaborate effectively with engineers, technicians, and other team members to achieve production goals and maintain quality standards.

Pay Range:
