This position will support our Renacer Youth Treatment Center located in Seattle, WA. We are looking for someone who is a multi-tasker, is flexible with the hours offered, and has a friendly demeanor. The individual will be responsible for the daily upkeep of the facilities to ensure a safe, sanitary, and attractive environment for patients, clients, and employees.General Duties:Maintenance Housekeeping II:

Performs janitorial and maintenance tasks following general health and safety guidelines. Responsibilities include maintaining the exterior and interior work area, which involves upkeep of the parking lot, mowing the lawn, trimming bushes and hedges, and maintaining the garden area. The individual may also perform simple repairs, requiring some knowledge of yard maintenance, plastering, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical work.Maintenance Housekeeping III:

Must demonstrate an ability and willingness to learn aspects of construction and become proficient in using drills, skill saws, hammer drills, etc. Responsibilities include assisting with construction, renovation/remodeling of buildings, repairing plaster and drywall, painting building structures, installing tile and carpet, and performing general clean-up around the job site.Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED preferred.No formal experience is required for this job; however, experience may be substituted for education.Driver’s license, auto liability insurance, and an automobile are required.For Maintenance III: One year of responsible experience in building and mechanical equipment maintenance and repair or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience.Good skill in the use of hand and power tools.Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.Ability to write simple correspondence.Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations.Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and interpret drawings and schematics.What We Offer:Sea Mar offers talented and motivated people the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing community health organization.
