ResponsibilitiesDirect and train all production line personnelProvide clear expectations to line personnelCoordinate components for production lineCoordinate changeover process and verify all components staged on production lineDe-stage production line when changing overIdentify product quality problems and initiate corrective actionEnsure proper reliability reportingMaintain cleaning supply inventory for designated area; Assist line crew with cleaningAssist running through breaks and lunchesNotify supervisor of any problems that might or do result in "Hold" materialOther duties as assignedEducation and Qualifications RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED2-5 years relevant experience in manufacturing preferredPrior experience with training, coaching and developing othersAbility to read, understand and maintain records as requiredAbility to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong Team PlayerAbility to lift up to 35 lbsExcellent attention to detailExcellent communication skillsPhysical RequirementsThe physical requirements listed in this section include but are not limited to the motor/physical abilities and skills required of position to successfully undertake the essential duties and responsibilities of this position.
