Responsibilities
Develop business strategies to raise our customer pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitabilityMeet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staffEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent serviceComplete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and proceduresMaintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standardsReport on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc.Propose innovative ideas to increase market shareConduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career pathsDeal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.)Be a shining example of well behavior and high performanceAdditional store manager duties as neededRequirements
High school diploma or equivalent qualificationA minimum of 3 years' experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial rolePowerful leadership skills and business orientationStrong organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBS degree in Business Administration or relevant field (Experience may be considered in place of educational requirement)Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processesHigh level of math and analytical skills
