The Member Services locations are conveniently located throughout our resorts and offer our members a place to pick up their gear, request gear swaps, ask questions and even purchase memberships. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional guest service, strong organizational skills and ability to work with a team or autonomously.Job Specifications:Starting Wage: $20.00 / hourShift & Schedule Availability: Full Time & Part TimeSkill Level: EntryJob Responsibilities:Provide exceptional service to our members at our member services locationsPreparing and setting up the gear for upcoming My Epic Gear reservationsConduct transactions at front of house POS using various software programsResponsible for general cleanliness and organization of member facing areasAssists with inventory control with My Epic Gear and Retail productCommunicate member requests with other departments as neededAssists in movement of gear to and from member services to slopeside locations and tune shopsOther duties as assignedJob Requirements:Keen to learn new skills, open-minded, and can adapt to changing situationsMust have excellent oral and written communication, organization skills, and administration abilitiesWillingness and ability to stand for 8 hoursAbility to lift 50 lbs.Ability to work a flexible schedule; weekends and holidays requiredThe expected pay range is $20.00.
