This role works closely with People Organization leaders to deliver relevant insights and proposals that influence people strategies.What to Expect:Drive better, faster, more data-informed decisions at all levels of the organization.Create clear and compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings and insights to collaborators.

Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in People data to uncover actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with end users to scope and create the highest-value insights for key business decisions.

Identify specific data sources and understand technology/process limitations to design metrics that evaluate the impact of People initiatives and programs and provide recommendations for optimization.

Build and maintain a catalog of all metrics calculations, definitions, and proper use cases.

Stay abreast of emerging trends and standard methodologies in HR analytics, data science, and technology, and find opportunities for innovation.

Lead and develop capabilities on data/analytics for the People Organization team to drive a data-driven culture.Educate and empower users to recognize opportunities to apply data and analytics to talent decisions by delivering compelling training and through effective organizational change and communications.

Build communications that drive awareness and utilization of existing and new content.

Create and deliver instructional and educational materials for users that increase utilization and impact of content.

Apply external benchmarking and provide solutions and recommendations through data analysis.Apply external benchmarking, standard processes and metrics for measuring performance of People initiatives and programs at global, regional and country level.

Partner across People Organization COEs to use data/analytics to drive discussions related to workforce and organization design changes and provide recommendations.

Directly support talent decision makers (PO and non-PO leaders) with custom analytics content and special projects.

Monitor key strategic issues and trends, delivering intelligence that anticipates leaders’ needs.

How to Succeed:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience in HR analytics, data science, or a related field, with a good understanding of HR processes and metrics.

Proficiency in statistical analysis, machine learning techniques, and data manipulation using tools such as Python, R, SQL, and/or other relevant programming languages and tools.

Experience with HR Systems (e.g. Workday) and other HR technology platforms is a plus.

Solid attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality in data analysis and reporting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to communicate sophisticated analysis in a succinct and impactful manner.

Demonstrate consultative skills and the ability to generate insights from various databases and external sources to make recommendations based on business problems.

Solid sense of ownership; ability to take responsibility for the full lifecycle of projects from proposal to delivery.

Demonstrable track record of establishing and maintaining effective relationships and working effectively with teams from different fields.

Flexible with job responsibilities and take the initiative to assume added responsibilities.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is: $82,000.00 - $185,000.00.Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
