Freight Broker Sales AssociateOur client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Freight Broker Sales Associate to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, increasing volume to maximize growth, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
Sales Relationship Management.Identify and develop new client relationships through networking and cold calling.Maintain current relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and profitability.Monitor competitors and adjust sales strategies accordingly.Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred but not required)Previous experience (2-3 years) in sales or logistics, preferably in freight brokerageStrong negotiation and communication skillsAbility to build and maintain relationshipsProficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with logistics softwareDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
This position offers a competitive base salary.
