The Service Sales Representative specializes in identifying, qualifying and closing new preventative maintenance business opportunities (HVAC Maintenance Service Contracts).Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Identify, qualify, and close business opportunities in company coverage areaFollow up on sales/project leadsEstablish long-term, ongoing relationships with clientsIncrease presence in existing accountsMeet established revenue and profit goals as defined in the Service Sales Commission PlanPrepare and present client proposalsUtilize job site walks to acquire HVAC unit information for qualified opportunityMaintain existing and cultivate new relationships both externally and internally through professional behaviorProfessional Competencies Needed:Be passionateCustomer focused approachDedicated to a job well doneBe professionalExcellent verbal and written communicationStrong organizationBe a problem solverAble to work in a fast-paced environmentAble to manage multiple responsibilities concurrentlyAble to creatively use skills and resources to get the job doneBe a partnerTeam playerCollaborativeBe a performerFlexibleDoes what is right, even if it's not easyAsks questionsAir Systems is an EMCOR company and offers a full benefit package including:Medical, dental, vision, and prescription401k with company matchPaid holidaysEducational assistanceSalary based on experience and qualificationsSalary Range from $70,000 to $90,000California is an “At Will” state.
