Associate District Sales Manager

will be working towards achieving revenue growth for the

Kidde ESD & Kidde FX business

within the

Northern California/Central Valley . Be the owner of specifically assigned customers in the

Northern California location . Responsible for revenue for the assigned Distribution Channels/FX products. Support and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth. The

Associate District Sales Manager

should understand the fire market and report on business dynamics (share, competition, top customers, top prospects, etc.) in this area.This is a

100% remote role

and includes 65% traveling. The

Associate District Sales Manager

needs to be

Plus, we’ll support your growth with paid-for external training programs and courses.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and grow existing customer baseDevelop and establish new Kidde ESD partners and Kidde FX OTC customersImplement/train new channel partners and new employees on System Builder Class (estimating software)Manage the new product rollouts i.e. new control panels, notification devicesWork closely with Distribution team members to find new channel distribution partnersAttend trade shows as requiredParticipate in Distribution visits, lunch and learns, NICET training, and FX promotion(s)Basic QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED2+ Years of experience selling in the Fire Alarm Industry, Security, or Technical IndustryValid driver’s licenseWillingness to travel up to 65% in assigned territoryPreferred QualificationsEducation: BachelorsGrowth-oriented: Able to recognize opportunity, develop a plan to translate it into revenue, and execute and win with the planExternal focus: Understands customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscapeAbility to influence and work cross-functionally in order to establish new processes that will achieve the desired commercial outcomes with your customersClear thinker: translating goals and plans into actions, self-starter and reliable with the aptitude to work autonomouslyExcellent interpersonal and client relation skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships at the senior levelCurious and entrepreneurial mind: Experience in designing and executing customer growth initiatives, promotions and implementing strategic sales plansStrong teamwork skills and English communication/presentation skillsConvey sales competency excellence in the following areas: Commercial Excellence / Customer Management / Customer Relationships / Industry Expertise / Product Knowledge / Personal Effectiveness / Business Acumen / LeadershipAdditional information:This position doesn’t support immigration sponsorshipPay Range:
