They have the world’s largest portfolio of billion dollar foods and are specifically responsible for the growth of some of America’s favorite snack foods, including Fritos, Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, and Tostitos.Responsibilities:The Sales Designate will be responsible for leading the account management responsibilities for our Frito Lay national customer Kroger. This exciting role as the Designate will be a part of growing snacks category. The qualified candidate will have excellent strategic selling and negotiating capabilities along with the ability to influence and wire across all levels of the organization. This is a very fast-paced environment which requires strong time management and excellent customer service.Develop and support Kroger’s Annual Operating Plans to deliver Gross sales, Net Revenue, Share, Executional Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI), and Sales Targets. This process is done collaboratively with Kroger as part of the annual Joint Business Planning (JBP) process.P&L responsibility.Achieve Retail Sales Revenue, and Profitability goals.Develop winning partnerships with Kroger and with internal PepsiCo stakeholders by influencing and penetrating multiple levels within both organizations.Leads cross-functionally with Growth Office, Category Management, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure delivery of relevant innovation and key initiatives.Support all aspects of Kroger’s JBP process, including strategic and tactical plans, while ensuring Sr. Leadership engagement and alignment.Manage a complex promotional strategy for growth.Ability to integrate Kroger and PepsiCo priorities, while thinking outside the box, to deliver growth.Build comprehensive brand strategies with Marketing support.Provides Kroger expertise and leadership to drive development of appropriate strategic and tactical plans within Frito Lay Field Sales.Recommend improvements and implement new processes and programs where necessary.Learn from and shadow our customer leaders to develop and prepare for future roles.Compensation and Benefits:The expected compensation range for this position is between $114,700 - $192,100.Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 20% of annual salary paid out annually.Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health, and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.Qualifications:B.S.
