The Account Coordinator assists Account Executives (AEs) with overall marketing and promotions coordination efforts. Duties include but are not limited to: being the liaison between Sales, Production & Promotions departments.Job Responsibilities:Enter, Review, and Revise Orders & provide Traffic department with instructions and spot(s)Confirm payment and send to Business ManagerPull weekly inventory reports for managementManage preemptionsRequest Inventory updates for Makegood OfferResearch rating point equivalentOffer MakegoodsFollow through with AE for Makegood approvalConfirm/Process orders/Makegoods in Wide Orbit, EPort, AE Inbox and Katz Media GroupRequest copy points, logos, and/or images, and prizes from client to productionRevenue, Competitive, & Historical Reports in Wide OrbitEnter missing copy through VCreativeCreate PowerPoint Event recaps for clients detailing all elements included. Event Recaps to be delivered in a timely mannerReconcile invoices at the end of the month for those advertisers that require notarized paperwork. Co-op process may include translations of TV and/or Radio creativeResearch paperwork for credit memosSales Back-up when/as neededRequired Skills & Experience:1-year minimum experience in tangible or intangible salesDetail oriented & strong organizational skillsGood Customer ServiceStrong Verbal and written English language communication skillsAble to work in a multi-task work environmentComputer skills including Windows 200/XP, PowerPoint, Excel and Word requiredPlease note that the above duties are subject to change due to unforeseen changes, i.e., new operational systems being deployed, agencies/clients requiring revised/new duties to name a few.Desired Skills & Experience:Fluent in Spanish (read and write)Eligibility Requirements:Must be willing to work from office in Atlanta, GeorgiaEmployment/Education will be verifiedApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basisUnivision is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
