As a Regional Sales Manager, you will cultivate and grow on and off-premise account relationships located in your respective region to maximize sales through effective planning, selling execution, and communication resulting in the achievement of our sales objectives.This role demands a proactive, self-starting manager who can manage multiple stakeholder relationships while keeping a firm grasp on the strategic direction and operational details of the brand's growth efforts. The Regional Sales Manager will ensure that all external relationships are fully engaged in RationAle’s strategy, enhancing the brand’s reach and impact in the non-alcoholic craft brew market.Job Responsibilities

Maintains business relationships with assigned distribution partners by: knowing/reviewing/maintaining proper 30-day inventory, presenting current promotions and products to sales teams, participating in ride-along work with key sales reps, and offering sales support to all accounts within the assigned territory.Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests and selecting relevant data.Supplies sales samples and product information to distributor reps and accounts in accordance with sales and marketing go-to-market strategy.Schedules, coordinates, and attends promotional events such as tap takeovers, steal the glass events, in-store tastings, etc.Maintains customer database by inputting customer profiles and updates via Karma Customer Relationship Management (CRM).Records all account visits while still on location and at the time of visit with relevant notes.Meets or exceeds monthly and annual business objectives.Submits weekly recaps to the Regional Sales Manager and relevant distribution partners.Adheres to traveling/spending budget and submits all relevant receipts and expense reporting.Provides accurate sales projections and maintains all forecasting and demand planning tools.Coordinates and attends festivals, tasting events, and other charitable giving.Develops and executes sales strategies and promotions with vendor partners to achieve goals.
