Gestion des affaires, Stratégie et soutienJob Description:The Senior Manager Business Management Analyst - Consumer Deposit Products/Regulatory Initiatives position will lead complex operational, risk and regulatory initiatives for the Consumer Deposit Product (CDPP) Line of Business, and will organize critical business stakeholders, technology and delivery partners to meet key milestones and artifact requirements.The Sr Business Mgmt Specialist leads a significant business management function and/or strategy planning, oversight, control or governance activities for highly complex / high risk / transformational (change the bank) / strategic initiatives, liaises across the organization and primarily interfaces with executive and/or functional stakeholders.Depth & Scope:Generally accountable for a significant business management area that typically has enterprise wide impact or accountabilityEnterprise or functional expert, requiring broad managerial and deep specialized knowledge at the enterprise, business, regulatory and industry levelsUndertakes and completes a variety of complex initiatives requiring seasoned specialist knowledge and/or the integration of cross functional processesPosition typically deals with senior/executive managementFocus on longer-range planning for functional area (e.g. 12 months or greater)May manage and prioritize multiple projects at a given timeEducation & Experience:Undergraduate degree10+ years relevant experiencePreferred Qualifications:Experience working with complex initiatives that span multiple business lines and technology solutionsExperience in understanding and addressing regulatory change impact, particularly in the banking industry.Ability to create trusted partnerships across an organization, from business lines to technology and delivery partnersCustomer Accountabilities:Contributes to the strategic direction of the business management function and play a key role in the development and implementation of strategies in support of the overall business strategyPlans, leads / manages and/or oversees a diverse set of work activities requiring alignment across multiple areasLeads / manages the integrated implementation of policies / processes / procedures / changes in across multiple functional areasProvides direction and/or input to complex, wide ranging enterprise or cross-function / business projects/initiatives as a subject matter expert and where necessary participates in identifying, designing and testing solutions and supporting the implementationFacilitates key discussions and provides thought leadership to executive audience (output is roadmap and/or strategic plan/
