C4I Intelligence Analyst

DESIRED SKILLS:Advise, assist, and support in the research and production of all-source counterintelligence analysis on foreign intelligence services intent and capability to exploit, sabotage, subvert, or otherwise disrupt the supply chains for information communications technology equipment and telecommunications equipment, infrastructure, or services.Research, review, edit, plan, prepare, integrate, and publish due intelligence reports.Conduct research using subscription data, commercial data, and other sources.Develop and deliver briefings as required.PRIMARY DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Develop briefings and analytic products to define threat environments.Produce assessments on complex and technically advanced data sets.Advise, assist, and support in the research and production of all-source analysis on foreign intelligence services intent and capability to exploit, sabotage, subvert, or otherwise disrupt the supply chains for both COTS.Provide input in and response to critical requests for information, finished intelligence production.Define threat concepts to identified components, platforms and/or systems.Evaluate threats, operational effectiveness, suitability, and survivability of identified systems.Coordinate with intelligence, acquisition and industry communities.Noetic Strategies Inc. offers a competitive salary, an extensive benefits package and a work environment that encourages excellence.
