As a Product Manager for Growth, you will play a crucial role in driving user acquisition, monetization, and retention for our AI products. You'll work closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, marketers, and data scientists to develop and execute strategies that accelerate our growth while maintaining our commitment to safety and beneficial AI.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a product strategy focused on user acquisition, monetization, and retentionLead the ideation, development, and launch of features that drive growth across our product suiteAnalyze product metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities and optimize performanceCollaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact growth initiativesConduct user research to understand customer needs and pain pointsDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth initiativesBalance rapid iteration with our commitment to AI safety and ethicsYou may be a good fit if you have:5+ years of product management experience, preferably in growth-focused rolesStrong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision makingExperience with A/B testing and user funnel optimization techniquesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environmentPassion for AI technology and its potential impact on societyTechnical background or ability to work effectively with engineering teamsExperience with SaaS or B2C products is a plusAnnual Salary
The expected salary range for this position is: $275,000 — $300,000 USDLogisticsLocation-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate.
