Assistant Math Learning Center Director s with:A rewarding leadership opportunity to transform the lives of K-12th grade studentsConsistent, part-time hours after school and on weekendsA fun, supportive, and encouraging work cultureContinuous training on education, sales, and management best practicesAll necessary curriculum and instructional toolsIf you are driven, motivated, and eager to make a difference, we would love to meet you!What you will do as an Assistant Math Learning Center Director :Support the Center Director in identifying student needs and opportunities and developing customized student learning plansAssist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling studentsProvide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progressLead and coach team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group settingManage students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessionsWhat we are looking for in an Assistant Math Learning Center Director:
Passion for math and working with studentsEagerness to learn and be trainedAbility to cultivate teamwork and balance diverse responsibilitiesAs part of our hiring process here at Mathnasium, all applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency.Compensation:
$16.00 per hourMathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC ("Mathnasium"). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center.
