Procurement Manager

The Procurement Manager is responsible for leading strategic sourcing, category management and tactical purchasing activities across multiple areas of spend, heavily focused on Indirect and Service categories. This is a hands-on role requiring a detail-oriented and highly driven individual looking to make a lasting impact with a growing organization.Responsibilities:Conduct opportunity assessments, bench-marking, cost modeling and root cause analysis to develop cost and service improvement recommendationsMine and analyze data from multiple sourcesWork cross-functionally with stakeholders to identify business needsPrepare bid analysis and present sourcing recommendationsNegotiate terms, draft agreements and manage contracts in coordination with key stakeholdersConduct program/project implementation activities, assess and mitigate potential risks, evaluate project successes and failures and drive process changes to improve future projectsManage all aspects of various spend categories from source to payment, including transactional activities as requiredManage vendor relationships including tracking performance and identifying new opportunitiesDevelop and manage spend and data reports to measure cost and service improvementsQualification:Bachelor’s Degree in a related field5+ years of experience in a similar Procurement role is requiredExperience with facilities services requiredCoupa experience and SAP (or large ERP system) experience preferred
