Posted Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at 6:00 AMThe Office Supervisor is responsible for leading the office staff to provide excellent service to customers and to ensure Copart processes are followed under the general supervision of the General Manager and/or Assistant General/Yard Manager.Responsibilities:
Complete Daily/Weekly/Monthly AuditsPlan, allocate and prioritize workload to meet operating requirementsEstablish, monitor and ensure adherence to quality and quantity standardsHandle Employee/Customer Service IssuesRecommend organizational adjustments to efficiently and effectively accomplish assigned objectivesMaintain office supply inventory and purchase suppliesMaintain clean office environmentEnforce company policy and procedureTrain staffAbility to complete all job tasks for positions supervisedMaking daily bank depositsTravel as neededMaintain confidential information/documentationRespond to alarm calls as neededRequired Skills & Experience:
1 plus years of supervisory or equivalent experienceEducation: HS degree, some college or more preferredProficient in MS Office SuiteType at least 45+ words per minuteBasic 10 key proficiencyAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills -- written and verbalExcellent customer service skills and attitudeBasic math skillsAbility to delegate/prioritize workflowAbility to direct and train others effectively as a team memberAbility to work independently or in a team environmentAbility to read/write in English fluently and effectivelyAbility to coach, mentor, train staffAbility to differentiate colorAbility to respond to alarm calls as neededValid driver's licenseOccasional overtime as neededFor 40 years, Copart has led its industry in innovation and customer service, enabling it to grow profitably in markets across the globe.
