We are looking for a
Transportation Management Lead , to work for a global company, this position is to work in
Dallas, Texas
and 100% on-site.The Transportation Management Lead is responsible for managing the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle’s Transportation Management (OTM) module, as part of a comprehensive Oracle Fusion ERP implementation project. This role requires expertise in OTM, transportation processes, and logistics systems, with experience in leading full-cycle OTM implementations.Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), including at least one full lifecycle OTM implementation.Strong knowledge of transportation processes such as shipping, routing, rate management, carrier selection, and freight settlement.Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP integration with OTM.Strong project management and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with global transportation regulations is a plus.Oracle OTM certification preferred.Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) module.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and develop technical solutions in OTM.Ensure integration of OTM with Oracle Fusion modules such as Record to Report (RTR), Procure to Pay (PTP), and Order to Cash (OTC).Oversee functional and technical teams through the phases of implementation: configuration, testing, training, and go-live.Provide subject matter expertise on freight order management, routing, rate management, shipping execution, and freight settlement within OTM.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.Troubleshoot OTM-related issues and offer post-go-live support.Stay current on the latest OTM features and Oracle updates.Collaborate with third-party vendors, consultants, and internal IT teams.
