Position SummaryAs an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in ADM's grain origination, helping to develop long-term relationships with producers to secure sustainable supply chains essential for feeding the world's growing population. You will be responsible for direct farm grain origination, territory strategy, and growth, owning customer and prospect accounts within a specified geographic area. Your sales and origination efforts will occur both in the field and the office.

Job Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with producer accounts.Earn the opportunity to purchase grain from producers in your territory.Develop a deep understanding of customers' operations, including grain marketing, logistics, and how local markets provide selling opportunities.Tailor risk management solutions to meet specific marketing goals for producers.Identify cross-selling opportunities within ADM’s portfolio to benefit producers.Manage origination responsibilities, which vary based on territory.Network to build positive, collaborative relationships with internal colleagues across divisions.Work closely with accounting and administrative staff to ensure timely and accurate accounting and contract management.Communicate competitive advantages and vulnerabilities to key internal stakeholders to enhance ADM's development and success.Who We’re Looking For

Education : Pursuing a 4-year degree with expected graduation in 2025.Relocation : Willingness to relocate across the U.S. as part of the program.Leadership & Communication : Strong leadership and communication skills.GPA : Minimum GPA of 2.8Not sure you meet every requirement?
