Inside Sales Specialist

will be responsible for selling Caesarstone products through the achievement of opportunity-based sales targets across the region.The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for both the Design Center Customer experience and reaching business targets through excellent telephone sales and communications skills. This individual will also develop his or her revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls and the establishment of ongoing rapport with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and passion are key components of this position.The successful candidate will have both a strong customer service orientation and a proven tele-sales style, responsible for the following key areas:Design Centre

- support homeowners and designers providing excellent customer service in the Caesarstone showroom coordinating the selection of Caesarstone counter tops. As a direct point of contact with customers this fast-paced role requires strong organizational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to react quickly.Business Development & Account Management

- Develop and sustain relationships, as the manufacturer representative, between the company and Fabricators, Distributors, Stone Supplies and Designers.Sales Operations

– follow the orders for the region closely, working with customers to ensure accuracy of orders placed and processed, through to on time delivery. Additionally, focus on resolution for order dilemmas focused on win-win solutions.Key Responsibilities:Showroom Design :Assist customers on the showroom floor by providing product information, design ideas, and advice as well as handing out samples - Provide excellent showroom customer service by assisting all clients in their selection of Caesarstone.Refer and/or redirect calls, e-mails, or visitors as required.Ensuring entire showroom is kept clean and tidy and maintenance of all showroom displays and facilities.Ensure that all samples and marketing material such as brochures are always kept at required stock levels (i.e. inventory count and re-ordering).Cold-call prospects that are generated by external sources of lead.Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base.Collaborate with Sales Supervisor and Account Managers to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.Create and deliver qualified opportunities to Account Managers where appropriate.Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects.Ensure follow-up by passing leads to Account Managers with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, and so on.Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions.Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients.Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and e-mail cross-sell and up-sell.Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales.Overcome objections of prospective customers.Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports.Coordinate customer training as necessary.Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues.Attend periodic sales training where applicable.Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.Respond to customer service calls in a courteous and professional manner.Provide customer support and troubleshooting services via telephone.Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc.Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements
