We are looking for a proactive and ambitious individual to drive our lead generation efforts and help build a robust sales pipeline. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in our outbound growth strategy by identifying potential customers, initiating conversations, and setting up qualified meetings for our sales team.Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Prospecting:

Initiate outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to generate new leads and schedule qualified meetings.Lead Generation:

Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.CRM Management:

Accurately maintain and update the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with detailed information on leads, prospects, and sales activities.Relationship Building:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their business needs and how our SaaS solution can address them.Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective outreach strategies and share insights.Performance Tracking:

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, qualified meetings, and other key performance metrics.Continuous Improvement:

Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry understanding.Minimum QualificationsExperience:

1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector; Experience in a startup environment is a plus.Skills:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Strong phone presence and experience with cold calling.
