We are active members of the communities we serve through actively giving back and participating in volunteer activities.The Sales Manager is responsible for all Sales Department operations including hiring, training, & daily management of the team, annual budget planning, sales meetings, & working closely with other departments to ensure job margins, timely job submission, construction completion & collections. The Sales Manager is responsible for all sales results and spends most of their time driving those sales results with their team in the field.Requirements for this position:3+ years of sales experienceSales experience involving door knocking/canvassing is highly preferred3+ years of strong leadership/management experience5+ years of roofing sales experience in the property claims space (insurance claims)Consistent history & track record of successAbility to articulate your personal approach/philosophy for leadershipExperience & comfortability with using mobile apps and computer technology (specific program training will be provided)Reliable vehicleAbility to perform various physical tasks including: climbing ladders & working at roof heights and lifting a minimum of 50 poundsJob Duties Include:Hit daily, weekly, monthly and annual contract numbers and revenue goals.Interviewing, Training and Hiring of all Service RepresentativesProvide strong leadership and daily management to the entire Sales TeamPlan and execute all Sales Meetings (weekly meeting & any others as deemed necessary)Perform monthly quota and performance reviews for the Sales TeamProposing and executing an annual budget & plan for the departmentIdeal Candidates:Willing to apply previous knowledge to fit into Legacy’s standards and company cultureUnderstand that 60-70% of the Sales Manager position is in the field with the Sales RepsBe reliable & display strong work ethic50-70 hours/week minimumMust demonstrate exceptional communication skillsMust display exceptional time management and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize work as neededAbility to spot mistakes/problems in process and correct real-timeComfortable with public speaking and leading team trainingsComfortable providing constructive criticism to employees, and leading to necessary changesPay & Benefits:Hours vary depending on job volume/time of year.Compensation: $100,000 base salary with a commission/draw structure ($160,000 estimated earnings for first year earnings), no commission cap.Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 10 Days ATO (Paid time off), 8 Paid Holidays, 401K with company match, Life Insurance and Vehicle Allowance.We take great pride in delivering a
