Use excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and staffProvide exceptional customer service, with a positive attitude and friendly demeanorExpedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfactionAccurately and carefully manage customer expectations, avoiding over-promising outcomesQualify customer needs for delivery, including an assessment of home and road accessConsult with customers to ensure they select a product/service that meets their needsMaintain contact with customers until their purchase is delivered and follow-up after the saleAnswer phone calls to the store in a timely and professional mannerBe punctual and conduct oneself in a professional manner at all timesSupport colleagues through positive interactions and a can-do attitudeStay up-to-date on the weekly Plan To Sell listMaintain product knowledge by attending training eventsMust be available to work during key holiday periods & most weekendsREQUIREMENTS
Must have at least a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalentMust be comfortable using a computer to email customers and access vendor portalsMust have strong written and verbal communication skillsHighly enthusiastic with a commitment to achieve personal and professional goalsBONUS QUALIFICATIONS
Bilingual/Multilingual is a plusPrevious experience in sales, especially appliance or mattress sales, is a plusDISCLAIMERS
The person in this position needs to stand and sit for up to 8 hours per day, occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds, and operate a computer or other office machinery.This employer may have workplace chemicals/products known to the State of California to cause Cancer, Birth Defects, and/or Reproductive Harm.
