Job DescriptionSummary

: The

Sales BDC Agent

is responsible for generating sales appointments with customers that contact the dealership via the internet to schedule or inquire about vehicle purchases.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Deliver a premium customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate, and courteous manner.

Use lead management tools, CRM software, and the internet to manage inquiry flow, update customer files, and closely track customer interest.

Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM.

Generate and schedule sales appointments.

Compile all necessary reports, forms, and other documentation on a timely basis.

Will be trained to understand all products and services offered, and become knowledgeable of inventory as well as financing and incentive programs.

Previous experience in either a high-volume call center environment or commission-driven role.

Excellent interpersonal skills over the phone.

Goal-driven to meet and exceed store appointment goals.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.

OTE (On target earnings): $51,000 - $57,000+/year.

The BDC Agent position has a pay scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include base hourly compensation of nineteen dollars an hour. The position may also pay commission compensation based on the value or number of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.

Schedule:

Full-time: 40 hours a week

5x days a week

Mandatory Mondays and Fridays

Off on Sundays and 2x Saturdays a month
