Wednesday - SundayAbout the PositionHP and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire an HP Territory Retail Sales Representative in your area! In this role, you will be responsible for visiting 1 - 4 stores per day based on need. Our Sales Representative will effectively drive and increase sales by training retail associates on HP products as well as creating buzz and excitement around the HP brand. As an HP Representative, you will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and the retail presence through store displays, product placement, and building rapport within your territory to put HP front and center within the retail environment.Day-in-the-LifeDemonstrate HP products to store management, staff & customers at retailers in assigned territoryIncrease sales and product awareness through training and hands-on consumer-facing activitiesAchieve and maintain program KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basisBuild rapport within territory at each retailer with store management and staffSchedule and facilitate sales and product trainingsAssess and communicate needs such as marketing material and promotional collateralAssess customer needs and make product recommendations that are applicable to their everyday lifeDocument and report sales, schedules, activities and best practicesCollect customer feedback and provide insight and recommendationsSet and maintain brand merchandising in retail locations and ensure all brand standards are followedCoach and mentor part-time co-workersManage a territory of stores independently with minimal oversightWhat's in it for You?Weekly pay or Next day pay on-demand with DailyPayStable and flexible weekly schedule (Wednesday - Sunday)Paid travel & mileage for traveling within territoryEquipment provided$50 per month in technology reimbursementEligible for medical/dental/vision benefitsPaid time off + Paid holidays + Paid birthday + Paid week off after ChristmasPaid training to get you up-to-date on the newest, most innovative HP productsRepresent one of the most environmentally friendly companies worldwideHow is Success Measured in This Role?Meet established metricsVisit multiple store locations on a daily basisSchedule store visits two weeks in advanceExecute sales activities inside each location during all visitsAbility to establish, maintain, and influence business relationshipsRecord and maintain appropriate documentation for each visitI'm Interested!
