Job Summary:

The Regional Inside Sales Representative will assume mentorship and advisement of the other Inside Sales managers in their assigned region. They will drive the regional call center structure and ensure coordination and consistency from their locations. They will work closely with the Inside Sales Managers and Director of Customer Experience to implement best practices with their teams. This individual will exhibit exceptional communication skills both internally and externally. This person will drive accountability with their inside sales teams and create a culture that is customer focused. It is expected that they will travel as needed to visit locations to set culture and best practices.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Serve as the coach and leader of the inside sales managers who report to them.

Implement best practices and problem solve across locations.

Travel to locations on a cadence to ensure consistent experience.

Utilize location evaluation form to score/coach.

Create a growth culture across their region by growing better inside sales managers who then recruit, coach, and grow better inside sales talent.

Monitor relevant metrics and track progress.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not a prerequisite.

Sales management experience of at least 1 year, unless currently in another role within our organization.

Proficient computer and 10 key operation skills (at least be able to type 45 WPM).

Participation in a revolving, on-call schedule to release orders as necessary.

Additional Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written.

Reading and interpreting financial statements.

Knowledge of basic accounting practices and procedures.

Excellent customer service and clerical skills.
