With a rapidly expanding team and client portfolio, Croud offers hands-on experience working with some of the world's leading brands across every industry sector.This is an exciting opportunity for a goal-oriented individual to join the Croud team as an Account Coordinator. The successful candidate will support Croud’s experts and specialists in the end-to-end management of client campaigns and projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. You will be a vital link between agency teams and clients, fueling collaboration by managing timelines, tasks, meetings, and processes across several different clients and service areas.You will thrive in this role if you are highly organized, proactive, able to multitask across projects, and passionate about driving operational excellence. We’re looking for someone who can think both strategically and tactically, ensuring client satisfaction while keeping projects and processes on track.RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Croud’s functional teams in the planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns and deliverables.

Ensure client deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet both Croud’s and clients’ quality standards.

Serve as point of contact for client communications, managing interactions between internal teams.

Lead meetings, manage check-ins, and oversee the communication process across teams to maintain project momentum.

Oversee the delegation of tasks and responsibilities, setting clear expectations and parameters for the successful delivery of excellent, timely work.

Contribute to the delivery of client work through hands-on support in social media management, CRM, SEO, and digital media tools and software.

Monitor project burn rates and work with Account Strategy Managers and client teams to recommend and implement adjustments as needed.

Know the ins & outs of scopes of work and translate them effectively to team members.

Proactively identify inefficiencies in processes and work toward solutions, leveraging input from team members.

Maintain and facilitate Croud’s QA processes across channels and work streams to ensure the delivery of high-quality work.

Consistently and accurately contribute to invoicing, hours tracking, and budgeting processes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

A background in account management, project management, or digital marketing in a digital agency setting.

Working knowledge of digital marketing and project management tools (e.g., Gantt charts, Podio).

Experience working in a variety of digital tools and platforms, ideally across various channels or specialization areas, including some combination of social media management (i.e. Sprout), analytics (i.e. GA4), biddable media (i.e. Google Ads), SEO (i.e. Ahrefs) and/or CRM (i.e. Klaviyo).

Proven ability to bring together cross-functional skill sets and team members to foster collaboration.

Experience managing client expectations and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical specifications to non-technical audiences.

Familiarity with creating, managing, and adhering to SOWs and budgets.

Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.

A proactive problem-solver who can adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines.

Salary Range for this position is

$44,000-48,000

per year.
