Energy Recruiters has partnered with a national petroleum marketer to support their search for a Field Sales Representative.
Compensation
Base Salary plus Bonus, Car Allowance, 401K, and Comprehensive Benefits Package
Location
Williston, ND – Must live in territory
Responsibilities
Maintain and grow product sales to existing customers as well as grow new business in assigned territory.
Experience presenting to C-level executives, small to large business owners, operators, and managers.
Create sales plans and forecasts while monitoring activity to ensure quotas are met or exceeded.
Present customer solutions using company’s product and service offerings.
Maintain knowledge of products, market conditions, and competitive activities.
Be aware of industry trends that affect target markets.
Requirements
3+ years experience selling lubricants and fuels.
Demonstrated ability to discover, negotiate, and close deals.
Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills to ensure focus on value-added sales activities.
Experience with the use of CRM tools.
